We thought we had a tire issue when passing through town. Premier Toyota worked us in right away and didn’t charge us when the issue was a minor adjustment! Thanks to all the friendly staff that helped us on this cold morning!

We were driving back to Omaha on I-80 and we noticed our 2020 Highlander made a sound that we could not identify (pressure/suction of air changed inside the vehicle). We happened to be a few miles away from North Platte and pulled off on the first exit to look at the vehicle. We noticed a plastic piece hanging down from below the vehicle. We were fortunate to find a Toyota dealership right off the same exit and took it to them hoping they could take a look at it. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and helped right away. Our vehicle was immediately taken to the service bays and they discovered the plastic cover covering where the oil would be accessed and changed had broken away. They informed us that they did not have the replacement part on hand but it wasn’t necessary for us to operate/drive back to Omaha and we could take to our local dealer upon our return home. We asked what we owed and the gentleman that helped us said nothing and shook our hands and told us to have a safe trip back home. Our total visit was approximately 10 minutes. We’re not in the market to buy another Toyota right now and although there is a 250+ miles between Omaha and North Platte, I would definitely reach out to Premier to make a new vehicle inquiry and purchase.
